WE NEED YOUR HELP! As alumni of our college ministry at the University of Arkansas, you know the value of providing this ministry to current & future students here in Fayetteville. While all ministries need ongoing support, we're asking our alumni to help with some urgent needs for our MBSF. Please prayerfully consider supporting this ministry.
$4,000 for our Director's Salary Fund
Patrick Pulley and his family will be leaving this ministry in June to plant a church in Olympia, WA. We need $4,000 to go along with current support to pay his full salary until that time. The first $4K we receive from individuals will go towards this need. Then we'll take care of the following program & alumni goals: $2,000 to Digitize Old Scrapbooks, Pictures, & Slides As you see in our photo gallery, we've started scanning scrapbooks from the 50s - 70s. We have 1000's of slides from the 80s - 90s. It will take around $2,000 for a large, quality scanner and professional slide scanning. $7,000 for New Windows & Siding on Brad's House |
Ministry Needs & Fundraising Goals
Both our full-time and student-directors, Patrick Pulley and Mitchell Neldon, are leaving to help plant churches in Washington and Missouri. We have two staff interns that are very prepared to carry this ministry forward but we will be looking to bring on a new full-time director late Spring / early Summer. With our current monthly support we don't have enough to pay what is needed to bring on a full-time director to the field. While the new director and our current staff work to raise our regular support by roughly $1,000 per month, we are looking to alumni and friends of our MBSF to help bridge the gap. With an additional $10,000 we could afford to move a new person onto the field to have a few weeks of overlap with our current staff. It would also provide moving expenses and cover the first 4 months of budget shortfall to allow the new director time to raise funds and work with the ministry without the worry over providing for his family.

If we had enough alumni and friends of the U of A MBSF to meet our targets then we could pay our current salaries in full, finish our project to provide our alumni with access to memories from their college days, finish the remodeling needs at our campus house and bring a new director to Fayetteville without financial strain.
